Refunds

Thirty-day request window

You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. Include the order email or receipt number so the transaction can be found. A reason is useful for improving the product but is not required.

Refunds will be processed through Gumroad, the merchant of record, back to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider.

Outside the window

Requests after 30 days will be considered for duplicate purchases, failed delivery, or a material defect that prevents the documented core workflow after reasonable troubleshooting. Gumroad also reserves rights to issue refunds under its terms.

Rights that still apply

This policy does not restrict refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be waived where you live. Buyers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw; because the download starts immediately, the checkout asks you to consent to that and to acknowledge that the right ends once the download begins.
